Return policy

We take pride in crafting high-quality products with exceptional customer service. If you are having second thoughts about your order, though, you may submit a return request within a month of its delivery date.


If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your order, then it is, unfortunately, not eligible for any sort of return. Please note, all sales on apparel items are final.


This Return Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is subject to all orders placed through this site, including all transactions made through our secure, encrypted off-site payment processor.


Product Effectiveness


If a product is not performing for you, it is likely due to an insufficient dosage level and/or milligram (mg) strength in conjunction with your body’s tolerance level. Many of our customers who report hemp-derived products did not initially work for them often times report back much more positive results after adjusting dosage level or product variant.


If you believe this to be your situation, simply reach out to our customer support team here or by emailing us at support@hxfusion.com and we will help you determine a more proper dosage level and/or send you a coupon for an alternative product variant.



Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ8-THC) Products


When you place an order with us, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that we do not and will not ship or deliver Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ8-THC) products to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont.


Do not place an order for any Δ8-THC products if your delivery and/or billing address contains a zip code in any of these states, we will not send it to you.


An order placed from any of these states that includes Δ8-THC products is not eligible for any sort of refund, only store credit. No exceptions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your eligibility of being delivered our products based on your state or location.



Changes or Cancelations


If you wish to make a change to your order after placing it, or cancel it altogether, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee, however, any changes, requests or accommodations can be made prior to shipping.


We are not responsible for redirecting, intercepting, replacing or, otherwise, refunding an order requesting to be changed or canceled after it has already been shipped. Any cost(s) necessary to change and/or cancel an order after it has already been shipped is the responsibility of the customer.



Condition and Eligibility


Only products in both unused & unopened condition are eligible for a refund. If your product has a broken seal, manipulated container, missing contents or is, otherwise, not in the same condition as in which you originally received it, then it is not eligible for any sort of refund. No exceptions.


Only products at least half full (subject to our final inspection) are eligible for an exchange or store credit. The average supply most of our products contain is up to 30 servings. This, in conjunction with our 30-day policy, provides a reasonable period of time for trying and evaluating a product. If you have used a majority (i.e., over half) or all of your product, then it is not eligible for any sort of exchange or store credit. No exceptions.


For wholesale orders, products must be in unused & unopened condition to be eligible for any sort of return. Refunds are only available for first-time wholesale orders.


Apparel items are not eligible for any sort of return.



Submitting a Request


You may submit a return request by contacting our customer support team here or emailing us at support@hxfusion.com and including your:


  • Order confirmation number
  • Product(s) and condition
  • Reason for return
  • Shipping address


If we approve your request, we will provide instructions to ship us back your product within seven days. Please note, this shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the initial order return’s amount.


Upon our receipt and final inspection of your returned order, we will fulfill the order's sanctioned return request within seven days.


Please do not send us back any products without contacting us first. Products sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted or sent back to the customer.



Gifted or Unverifiable Orders


If your product was gifted to you or if we are unable to verify its purchase, your order is only eligible for store credit, at our sole discretion.


We reserve the right to refuse or reject any return request for orders unable to provide satisfactory enough verification of an original purchase from our store.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Return Policy by posting updates and changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this site, including this page, periodically for changes to any policy.


Your continued use of or access to this site and/or purchase of any of our products following the posting of any changes to this Return Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If we make significant changes, however, we will make that clear to you either on this site or through direct notification.
