SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we do not offer international shipping and/or delivery outside of the United States. All orders qualify for free shipping.


Orders are processed and prepared Monday through Friday and are usually shipped out same day from our Midwest distribution center, if placed before 6PM ET. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.


After placing an order:


  • You will immediately receive an email of your purchase receipt as soon as your transaction goes through (check social or junk/spam folders if this email doesn't appear)
  • Within 1-2 days, you will receive a second email with your order’s tracking information
  • Upon receipt of your order’s tracking information, it should arrive within 2-5 business days
  • Upon request, shipping can be expedited for an additional cost, please reach out prior to ordering


In unforeseen circumstances, after we ship your order there could be factors out of our control (i.e., severe weather, carrier shortages, etc.) that increase its delivery time.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that initially qualified for free shipping and/or require additional shipping due to an order change or cancelation may have this cost(s) deducted from any approved return. If you have not received your order and it has been more than 10 business days since receiving its tracking information, please contact us immediately.
